DJ MAO F. (NEST/LUXE):
DJ JIN(RHYMESTER/breakthrough)のDJプレイに感銘を受け、DJを志してKYOTO NESTに加入。2018年〜地元・京都でDJ活動を開始。
アナログレコードにこだわり、Jazz/Soul/Funk/Disco/Houseを起点に幅広いジャンルを横断するミュージック・ジャーニースタイルが特徴。グルーヴ感溢れる選曲には定評がある。
2019年2月に大人のための極上パーティーをコンセプトにローンチした「LUXE」でDJ JIN、DJ HI-Cらと共演。5月に須永辰緒の来京サポートDJも務めた。同月からLUXEの2代目オーガナイザーに就任。その後も京都や関西に留まらず、東京や広島でゲストDJを務めるなど各地の現場で活躍。コロナ禍では配信イベントでの活動にも注力している。
2020年9月に自身初のDJ Mixとなる「MAO’s VinyRoom Vol.1 side A/B」を発表。同作は高い評価を受け、今後のシリーズ化が期待されるなど、京都の新進気鋭若手DJとして注目を集めている。

He joined KYOTO NEST and started the carrier as a DJ in 2018 in Kyoto.
His DJ style is well known for the groovy music selection from only vinyls crossing various genres; jazz, soul, funk, hip hop, R&B, disco and house.
He has organized not only a high quality night party; LUXE since May 2019 but various clubs and bars in Japan. After COVID-19 pandemic, he is focusing on playing online.
He released his first original DJ MIX; MAO’s VinyRoom Vol.1 side A/B on Sep. 2020 and is expected to be serialized in the future.
His energetic activities attract attention from many people as one of the young and up-and-coming DJs in Kyoto now.
